Ideal for companies working in the packaging and e-commerce packaging sector for the application of one or two double-sided adhesive tapes + tear tapes at the same time to allow closing/opening/reclosing.
X-TREME Pro e-commerce can apply double-sided adhesive tape to die-cut stretched or corrugated cardboard packaging with a maximum width of 1600mm and a maximum thickness of 15mm.
X-TREME Pro e-commerce lets you install up to 2 applicators of your choice between 60 and 100mm + an additional 4 applicators (30, 60 or 100mm), which are individually controlled on a touchscreen to allow for greater flexibility in each process.
The patented applicator applies 2 strips of double-sided adhesive + tear tape (via a motorised unwinder) in a single step with a maximum application speed of 80m/min.
X-TREME Pro e-commerce software allows you to save parameters for up to 100 different jobs. It is operated exclusively by electric current with no need for compressed air.
This “standard” X-TREME machine version requires installation and training by our specialised personnel.
